As a Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics student at Manhattan College, I am pas
sionate about applying my technical and analytical skills to solve real-world problems and create value for customers and stakeholders. I will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in CIS in May 2024, and I have earned multiple certifications and honors in data science, visualization, and CRM.
For the past two years, I have been working as an Information Technology Staff at Manhattan College, where I provide timely and effective technical support to students and faculty, and collaborate with junior staff to train them on various programs and systems. I have also completed a summer internship at Eigen X, a Salesforce consulting firm, where I enhanced the organization's Experience Cloud, performed data cleanup, created wiki pages and a demo video, and leveraged admin permissions to manage various Salesforce features. Through these experiences, I have developed strong multi-tasking, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Google Forms, Tableau, and Salesforce. I am eager to join a dynamic and innovative team where I can contribute to impactful projects and grow as a professional.
